I have been using All Lift Truck Training for our forklift training more than ten years. Garry has designed a custom course that is specific to our needs and all of our operators must attend this classroom training along with a hands on component prior to operating a forklift. Garry will walk our new forklift operators though our facility pointing out different hazards, blind spots and things to pay special attention to when operating a forklift. I find that Garry is very safety conscious and I think it is excellent for our employees to hear the safety speech from someone other than the facility safety manager.
I call Garry several times a year if I have a problem or question regarding forklifts and he has always been willing to give feedback while quoting the legislation. I have had Garry perform a facility safety audit with special consideration for pedestrian safety and traffic flows at our facility and as a result I had him design a pedestrian safety training PowerPoint (all pictures of forklifts in our facility) that was delivered to all employees at our facility and not just our forklift operators. Garry and his staff are true professionals, they show up on time, do exactly what was agreed upon and supply the documentation needed for compliance. We use All Lift Truck Training for all our forklift and order picker training. Garry provides top notch training. We send employees to the open session, but when possible we have had Garry come in and do site specific training which we find far more valuable.

We have been having Garry over for site specific lift truck safety courses including pedestrian safety for several years and have always been really happy with the training. Larry has also been on site for scissor lift training and like Garry, has been a good and interesting trainer.

Since you finished the course yesterday, I've received some good comments already from some of the participants.
3 of my employees went to one of your off site (group) courses last year for they were new employees and by comparison, they found the one here many times better. They found that the off site courses were too packed with people they don't know and not as interesting. The presentation was not site specific.
Using our plant and employees in your presentation makes a big difference.
We will be doing a lot of modifications in the next few months and I would appreciate it if you would drop in sometime in the spring, just to do a plant tour with me just to see if you can catch onto some other things that you think we could improve on.
I really enjoyed your presentation and I know I will be hearing a lot of good comments tommorrow.
